Held over four consecutive days, in South East Queensland, Australia, ASPIRE is an invitational event open to secondary school concert bands, string and symphony orchestras, choirs and jazz bands worldwide. Participants will experience the competition, a workshop, a public performance and masterclasses.
The ASPIRE experience is about global interconnectedness; providing young musicians the opportunity to connect through music and directly share experiences with like-minded peers from around the world through performance, learning opportunities and competition. A festival on a new level, the ASPIRE International Youth Music Festival has attracted world renowned adjudicators from across the globe and is appealing to the best young musicians internationally.
At ASPIRE, adjudicators share and participants learn. Guaranteed audiences provide participants the opportunity to truly engage in the reality of performance, while the competition, masterclasses and workshops raise aspirations to ensure ASPIRE continually attracts and selects the best musicians worldwide.
